BioMy life? A bit of a 'salade'. Left England many years ago to go live on the land in West Cork. Started southern Ireland's first wholefood shop & bakery. Went back to London to teach for a while. Sold up there and started a ceramic design business in Cork city called Decoware - which became Smashing Tiles Mosaic. Six years ago Mary & I moved to the south of France. Together we run ArtHoliday.com in the Languedoc, where we teach & cook.
Our house Le Cerf Gris is a spacious 1860s mansion with walled gardens, terraces, courtyards and a big pool. Here we offer six day all-inclusive residential courses in mosaic, painting, cookery, yoga, walking/wine tours.
